Dragoș has successfully handled cases under Law no. 10/2001 and land fund legislation (Laws 18/1991, 169/1997, 1/2000, 247/2005), representing individuals and legal entities in cases involving claims over properties of significant market value.
Dragoș has also been involved in legal proceedings to assert inheritance rights, real rights (property claims, easements, boundary disputes, artificial real estate accessions) and creditor rights (compensation claims, actions arising from lease contracts, and tort liability claims).
A significant part of Dragoș's accumulated experience concerns representing major players in the financial leasing market, covering the full range of litigation related to this economic activity.
